Compulsory and Developmental Team Coach
Khea is a Cincinnati native that grew up loving all sports! She played softball, soccer, ran track and did tumbling. She began coaching gymnastics in 2012 shortly after her daughter began competing in the sport.
Currently, Khea is the head of our Developmental Team and one of our USAG Level 2 and Level 3 coaches. She has also taught all levels of preschool, recreational, and various levels of tumbling classes. Khea's favorite part of coaching is building confidence and a strong character in the athletes. She believes that it is important to teach the life skills that the girls will take with them well after they stop competing.
When Khea is not coaching at Perfection, she works in the Main Office at Lakota East High School and is an assistant coach for Lakota East and Lakota West High School gymnastics teams. She is married with three children Ryan, Joshua, and Maura. In her spare time, she loves watching her children participate in their sports, traveling and vacationing with family, camping and participating in outdoor activities, attending country concerts and also reading a good book! Khea is CPR and First Aid certified, holds a safety certification with USA gymnastics and is certified through National Federation of State High School Association.
