About Enrique

Born and raised in San Salvador, the capital of El Salvador, Enrique started his career in gymnastics at the age of 10. Quickly falling in love with the sport, he started competing internationally for his country at age 14. Enrique’s relentless passion took him around the world to more than 30 international competitions, including the World Championships, the Pan American Games, and the Central American Games.

As one of El Salvador’s top athletes, Enrique coached women’s gymnastics in 1996 before emigrating to the United States. From 2002 to 2010, he coached numerous State, Regional, and JO National Champions and prepared USA National Team Members.

In 2010, driven by his vision of creating a space where all gymnasts could reach their potential in a positive, uplifting environment, Enrique, his wife, Beth Prince, and their children David, Sarah, and Elena founded Perfection Gymnastics.

About Beth

With a career spanning more than 30 years in education, Beth has followed a lifelong passion for instruction, collaboration, and helping each student reach their fullest potential. Throughout her career, Beth has served as a teacher, principal, school founder, gym owner, and college processor. Her journey began as an athlete, competing in basketball, volleyball, and track. As a Division I basketball athlete, Beth learned the importance of grit and determination.

Beth holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a master’s in Educational leadership, as well as training at the Executive Leadership & Superintendency Institute at the University of Cincinnati. Since joining Enrique full-time at Perfection in 2013, Beth has focused on organizational leadership and school administration.
