December Cartwheel Clinic

This clinic is open to Adventurers through Silver students, all levels of Tumbling, as well as Developmental Team 1 and 2. During the clinic, the cartwheel will be broken down into simple drills to focus on the form and technique of this fundamental skill. Handstands, lunges, and levers will also be incorporated as ways to strengthen the understanding of the skill.
